SCHEDULE
OF PAYMENT
FOR COMMERCIAL FEASIBILITY STUDY OF TF HOSPITAL
Very
important: All interested parties can submit more than one schedule of
payments with different costs of the task. Each schedule shall remain
vivid/tally as for as total cost in numeric and alphabetical description is
concerned for necessary financial analysis. Further the exercise shall not, in
any case deviate, in any form, from its main objective i.e.
“The project has to be commercially viable as well as sustainable for its
welfare to TF legal beneficiaries. In other words, what level of commercialization of the project is required to achieve
what level social welfare to its (TF) legal beneficiaries to make it
commercially sustainable?”
For the purpose the feasibility
must reveal the total investment on the project and a Projected Income Statement
for a minimum period of 05 years showing separately:
- Revenue from subsidized medical treatment of TF Legal
beneficiaries,
- Revenue from medical treatment of private patients
(other than legal beneficiaries of TF)
- Revenue from different institution (government, semi
government & private) availing subsidized medical treatment being on TF
Hospital panel.
- Comprehensive detail of Operational & Maintenance
costs (Salaries, Wages, rent, rates, taxes, POL, depreciation, amortization
etc.) of the projects for the specified period.
However additional factors shall
surely be considered if deemed suitable and allowed by the scheduled time frame
work. The illustration of the schedule of payments is given below:
